Having vast experience working with the hospitality sector, we have successfully completed over 15 full Hotel & Spa refurbishments.
Having secured planning permission to convert an old derelict listed barn into five modern houses ranging between 2 – 4 bedrooms. Work included underpinning, two small extensions, replacement roof, new floors to both ground and upper ground and a full internal fit out including Oak staircases, modern country style kitchens and bathrooms.
Conversion of 3 storey town house into a six storey £14m luxury home. Works consisted of new habitable basement installation, new floors, rear summer house and a complete internal fit out to the highest specification.

Having successfully secured planning permission, to fully refurbish a tired derelict property into a luxury 50 bedroom Hotel and spa facility including 10 Luxury residential apartments ranging between 1500 – 2500 per s/ft within the prestigious setting in the Salcombe on the South Coast of Devon.
