Outbuilding Conversion
Having secured planning permission to convert an old derelict listed barn into five modern houses ranging between 2 – 4 bedrooms.
Work included underpinning, two small extensions, replacement roof, new floors to both ground and upper ground and a full internal fit out including Oak staircases, modern country style kitchens and bathrooms.
Charming Rustic Feels
We at Nicolas James Building created our own interior layout and specification, all based on a modern country style theme using a shaker style kitchen and oak woodwork.
